DIPLOMA OF YOUTH WORK.
Do you want to help young people but don't know where to start? Then enrol in a Diploma of Youth Work now and learn the skills necessary to help young people prepare themselves for the future and make contributions to society.
Discover techniques for communicating with young people, and skills for developing community programs that cater for their needs.
YOU'LL LEARN TO:
-Develop programs and services for young people
-Support young people in crisis
-Advocate for young people
-Network with other agencies
-Work in a culturally diverse environment
-Work within an ethical framework
COURSE DELIVERY: Blended.
PRE-REQUISITES:
-Certificate IV in Youth Work or Life Experience (i.e managing a church group, sports club)
-Mature age (college to determine)
